We are thrilled that Dead Armadillo (thanks Tony!) shared their recipe of one of our favorite Oklahoma beers with us so we can bring it to you!

This beer ingredient kit is based on Dead Armadillo's Amber Ale, an approachable American Amber.

London Ale yeast imparts a bold, crisp nose and subtle fruit which leads to caramel sweetness and a dry, bitter finish from the late addition of Cascade hops.  Well-balanced, eminently drinkable, and appealing to a wide variety of tastes.

Each kit makes 5 gallons.
