Totality is an homage to the incredible Russian Imperial Stout that was brewed by our good friends and homebrewers David Thompson and Larry Herriman. We had the privilege of enjoying their beer while watching the Total Eclipse in 2017.

This is our second iteration of Totality and was aged 14 months in a Templeton Rye Barrel that held the whiskey for six years.

Totality has a rich chocolate character with a noticeable rye whisky barrel personality. It’s drinking awesomely right now but years of aging will will make this beer sublime.

No adjuncts. No flavorings. Barrel Aged beer for adults.
