Due to popular demand Desiree has prepared another Porter Peach Liquefaction.

We sold out early with the last release to get here early. This will be the last release for this season!

Take a half bushel of fresh Porter peaches.

Bake them for an hour to bring out the intense peach flavors.

Take the juice that’s eked out of the peaches, reduce to ¼ of the volume and mix with the peaches.

Puree, then blend with our house Gose, and a touch of agave to sweeten the pot.

The result is our Porter Peach Liquefaction. Ambrosia.
