Alcohol modernization is here in Oklahoma and we are celebrating with the release of Red Oktober, a collaboration beer with Pippin’s Taproom. We started with a clean, crisp festbier lager and added copious amounts of raspberries during fermentation to give it a tangy fruit layer and a reddish hue.
