It’s really hard to believe but High Gravity Fermentations is turning 15 and we feel that’s quite an accomplishment and think this deserves a BIG PARTY!

We’ve brewed a special 15th Anniversary release, simply called XV, this beer is a big 15% Imperial Belgian Quad that’s been aging for over 9 months. Available in 16oz Bottles.
