The Halcyon Days. A time of peace and happiness, joy, and tranquility in the past when carefully crafted traditional beers were all the rage.

This farmhouse saison was aged for a year and a half in wine barrels. The yeast creates a sharp acidity, fruity, spicy, citrusy flavors, the hops add a balanced bitterness to complement the malt and the barrel adds a light oak and subtle brett character that’s just right.
