Join High Gravity for an evening of cheese making!

Amanda Simcoe, known as the Cheese Wench, will walk you through making a of batch ricotta and mozzarella cheeses.

Each attendee will make their own cheese to take home, or just eat it right there!

Cost is $60 and includes:

Mozzarella Cheese Making Kit to take home. (Includes enough supplies to make 30 one pound batches. Does not include milk.)

Step-by-step-guided instructions from Amanda as you make your cheese.

One Glass of wine or Beer of your choice.

Complimentary cheese trays to munch on while making your cheese.
