This festival is a tasting event and Brewing Competition sponsored by High Gravity Fermentations and operated by The Fellowship of Oklahoma Ale Makers (FOAM) designed to promote beer culture in Oklahoma by featuring rare beers from Oklahoma-based breweries and homebrewing clubs.
