Mocha Liquid Oak Tannin brings out the character of a heavy toast barrel, slightly smoky with chocolate coffee undertones. Liquid oak tannins from Toasted Oak Inc. contain only water and tannin from 3 year old seasoned French oak. Usage: Bench/taste trials are the best way to determine proper dosage for your wine. Generally one may use 0.66 oz per 5-7.5 gal of wine; less with white wines. Mix directly into finished wine 2 weeks prior to bottling. Keep refrigerated.
