Mead Kit | Semi-Sweet

Made using wild blossom honey that gives this mead a clean character that let's the qualities of the honey shine through. Because sources and composition of honey changes every season each batch will have its own unique flavor. This kit should result in a semi- sweet and somewhat viscous mead with an ABV of 10-12%.  Think of it as a lightly sweet white wine that is flavorful and easy to drink.  Click here for instructions.
